The Cisco Store set up an 8,000 square ​foot booth for the 20,000 attendees at ​Cisco Live in Las Vegas. The Cisco Store ​Tech Lab held 26 sessions in which ​attendees were walked through the entire ​Cisco + partner technology stack.

The Patching Station

Attendees stepped into the Patching Station, where they ​transformed their merchandise with personal flair. By scanning a ​QR code, attendees could initiate a conversation via text message ​to choose their Cisco merchandise and indicate exactly which ​patch(es) they wanted and their placement.


As our team got to work, customers received timely updates via ​Webex Connect, keeping them informed until their unique items ​were ready for collection. It was customization made simple, ​interactive, and delightfully engaging.


Ch​atbot

Webex Connect is an enterprise-grade Communications ​Platform as a Service (CPaaS) used by the Cisco Store to ​improve operational efficiency without compromising on the ​customer experience. The highly-responsive Webex Connect ​chatbot is used to easily answer customer questions and ​transfer conversations to live agents when needed without ​sacrificing context.
